Client Love Letter - Hilary
Even though I was an instructional designer in an earlier career, when it came to designing my own program, there were big chunks of my own “magic stuff" that I had left out. Vivien helped me see these blind spots and gain more confidence to include my unique perspective and offer more value. Through this process I up-leveled my course into a one-of-a-kind program. I highly value Vivien’s gift to see the whole of her client, and bring her breadth of knowledge to a perfect understanding of what I wanted to create. The process felt like unwrapping a gift that had been sitting inside of me. I felt celebrated and fully supported. I would highly recommend Vivien for anybody who is developing a course or program for their clients.
